  • Build community connection; these yoga classes focus on a mindful recovery and rebuilding of the body & breath, including posture, core & pelvic floor, with a mindful approach to the emotional world of parenting. 

  • Welcoming women cleared by provider at 6 weeks post-partum

  • In arm babies welcome Wednesday mornings

Goddess Flow

  • These women’s health mindful & core-focused flow yoga classes focus on building awareness, balance, strength & endurance while nurturing a strong mind-body-breath connection.

Candlelight Yin

70-minute classes

  • Relax, unplug and let everything else melt away; these classes focus on longer holds and grounded postures to lengthen muscles, release tension, and reset. Poses paired with breathwork to achieve a meditative state.

YIN & RESTORE: Learn the Art of Down-Regulation

5.5 Hour YOGA TEACHER Continuing Education Course

Join us in learning the art of down regulation. Whether you are a current YTT or RYT this course will cover Yin and some Restorative practices that you can bring to your students with a safe and mindful approach. Learn the background and philosophy of Yin & Restorative Yoga, as well as the physiological and psychological benefits. Practice and learn to effectively teach a variety of poses to take both your practice and the practice of your students to the next level.
