Whether you are a current YTT or RYT this course will cover Yin and some Restorative practices that you can bring to your students with a safe and mindful approach. Learn the background and philosophy of Yin & Restorative Yoga, as well as the physiological and psychological benefits. Practice and learn to effectively teach a variety of poses to take both your practice and the practice of your students to the next level.
