Smart Mama-Yoga Baby: Development Playgroup

Weekly 45-minute Playgroup Series: Led by an experienced Pediatric Therapist with 25 years of experience.

  • Discover, socialize and have fun in this interactive rolling 11-week playgroup series. Mamas learn developmental milestones, enrichment activities, toy ideas, infant massage, developmental yoga poses, baby sign language, and so much more, all in an interactive and engaging baby-focused playgroup. Bond with your baby and other mamas-papas while you ask your questions, learn do’s & don’ts, what’s “normal”, what’s not, and social media myths that need to be busted.

  • Level 1 babies’ 6-8 weeks - crawling (around 9-11 months) Thursday @10:00am & Sunday @11:30am

  • Level 2 babies who are fast crawling & walking (pre-running-around 16-20 months). Saturdays @11:30am & Thursday @11:15am

Mama and Me Yoga, Toddler and Preschool kids with mommy or parent

45-minute yoga classes for toddlers-preschoolers

  • Join us for these engaging and playful yoga sessions designed especially for children from 2.5 - 5years old with a parent or caregiver. These classes are a wonderful opportunity for parents, caregivers, and little ones to bond and have fun together.

  • Classes blend age-appropriate yoga poses with music, storytelling, breathwork, and imaginative movement. Children will develop body awareness and coordination, with moments of relaxation and mindfulness to nurture emotional regulation.

Mama & Me Little Kids Yoga

60-minute yoga class for mama

  • Welcoming women cleared by provider at 6 weeks post-partum

  • Pre-crawling babies are welcome to join, but optional! Babies get some tummy time and socialization while mamas find time to return to their mats in a safe and welcoming environment with other mothers.

  • Come join our community and take time for yourself as you begin the next chapter. These classes focus on a mindful recovery and rebuilding of the body & breath, including posture, core & pelvic floor, with a mindful approach to the emotional world of parenting.
